On March 15^th, 2007, Li Guanying, President of Beijing Oriental University proposed to establish International Nursing College according to the 21^st item of Law for Promotion of Independent Education Implement Ordinance of the People’s Republic of China. As a result of research, the ninth session of the board meeting of Beijing Oriental University approved the proposal.
